Mid Sodor no2 Stanley

Now, I suppose you all know the infamous downfall of Stanley, the rough riding baldwin of the Mid Sodor, well now, here's what happened when he was brought back to the world.

After many years of been buried in the mine he had pumped out in the declining months of the Mid Sodor, Stanley's boiler was unearthed after a landslide in the area of the mine while men were digging up for spoils.

His boiler was then brought back to Arlsburagh and Miss Hawkins, controller of the Queens Wharf narrow gauge railway who was on holiday at the time, subsiquently purchased the boiler and made plans to restore Stanley for work on her railway.

Before his transfer to the line, he was tested on the Skarloey Railway and worked there briefly while Duncan was under repair. During his stay, he made amends with his former colleagues after rescuing Duke and now is a pride to the Queens Wharf fleet.
