Johnny's younger brother, Elliot is the 4th of the Frontier Brains and is in charge of the Battle Factory, the facility where trainers battle with selected pokemon from the factory and after winning a 10 consecutive rounds, the player gets to take on Elliot. If the player is victorious, Elliot will award the Knowledge Shard.
